Legal Notice: This page explains how Zentron Procurement handles information on this website and sets out our operating principles. It is general information, not legal advice. Privacy rights and obligations can vary depending on where you are and the nature of our engagement.

1. Website Privacy Notice

This section outlines how Zentron Procurement handles visitor information and website data. The website uses Google Analytics 4 only after a visitor actively chooses “Allow analytics” in the consent banner. Visitors can reject analytics or change their choice later using the “Privacy choices” link in the footer.

2. Information Visitors May Choose to Provide

Visitors may contact Zentron Procurement by form, email, telephone or WhatsApp. When you submit the website enquiry form, the details you enter — including your name, organisation, contact details and procurement requirement — are transmitted to Zentron’s server-side email delivery provider and sent to the Zentron Procurement inbox. Zentron does not use the form to create a separate enquiry database. Voluntary information is used solely to respond to the enquiry.

3. Contact Enquiries

Procurement enquiries submitted through this website or direct contact channels are used to provide the requested support or information. The email delivery provider processes the details solely to deliver the message. We do not sell, share or use enquiry information for purposes beyond the stated engagement without prior consent.

4. Cookies and Analytics

With consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4, a Google service, to understand page visits and how visitors use the site. The configured measurement ID is G-V6DX1RB1GL. Analytics may collect information such as page URL, page title, referrer, approximate location, device/browser information and interaction events. The enquiry forms do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or enquiry content to Google Analytics.

Google Analytics is not loaded and analytics cookies are not set unless the visitor selects “Allow analytics”. Advertising storage, Google Signals and ad personalisation are disabled in this implementation. Selecting “Reject” prevents analytics loading; the current choice can be changed with the “Privacy choices” link in the footer. Google may process data as described in its own policies and terms. This website owner should keep its jurisdiction-specific legal review and data-processing records up to date.

5. External Links

This website links to external government procurement portals, WhatsApp and other third-party websites. Zentron Procurement is not responsible for the privacy practices, content or security of external websites. These links are provided for information only.

6. Data Retention

We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide or administer an engagement, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, prevent misuse, and meet applicable legal or regulatory obligations. The retention period depends on the purpose for which the information was collected and any obligations that apply; we do not keep it indefinitely. Because we do not create a separate enquiry database, submitted form details are held in the email delivery provider and Zentron inbox. When information is no longer required, we delete it or securely dispose of it in accordance with the retention practices applicable to those systems.

7. Privacy Requests and Your Choices

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask us to provide access to personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, delete it, restrict or object to certain processing, or provide a copy in a portable format. To make a privacy request, contact us using the details below and describe the information and action you are requesting. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We will acknowledge and handle the request within the period required by applicable law. If we must retain information to comply with a legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend a claim, we will explain that where permitted. You can withdraw consent for analytics at any time through the “Privacy choices” link in the footer.

8. Ethical Procurement Policy

Zentron Procurement is committed to transparent, compliant and methodologically sound sourcing and procurement practices. We do not claim false affiliations, guarantee tender outcomes, or misrepresent our capabilities. All procurement support is provided with honesty and in accordance with applicable procurement regulations.

9. Anti-Bribery and Anti-Kickback Position

Zentron Procurement strictly prohibits bribery, unofficial facilitation fees, and kickbacks in any form. All service fees and material third-party costs are communicated transparently to clients before engagement. We do not make or receive undisclosed payments in connection with any procurement process. Any instruction to engage in bribery or corruption will result in immediate termination of the engagement.

10. Conflicts of Interest

We identify, disclose and manage potential conflicts of interest when evaluating suppliers or advising on procurement opportunities. Where a conflict cannot be adequately managed, we will decline or withdraw from the relevant engagement. Our independence as a procurement support business is a core value.

11. Tender and Contract Disclaimer

Zentron Procurement provides bid-readiness and procurement support services. We do not guarantee tender awards. Contract awards remain entirely subject to the procuring entity's rules, evaluation and decision-making process. No person at Zentron can legitimately promise a tender win.

12. United Nations / Government Non-Affiliation

Zentron Procurement is an independent procurement support business and is not part of, endorsed by, or affiliated with the United Nations Global Marketplace, any UN agency, or any government procurement authority. References to UNGM, PPDA, PPIP, NeST, ARMP, ZPPA, PPDAA or other official bodies describe external public platforms and do not imply affiliation.
