ZPPA e-GP Context
The Zambia Public Procurement Authority (ZPPA) oversees government procurement and operates the Electronic Procurement and Payments System (EPPS), commonly referred to as the ZPPA e-GP. This platform centralises government procurement notices, supplier registration and bid submission. Suppliers participating in Zambian government procurement must register on the ZPPA e-GP system and comply with ZPPA procurement guidelines, including tax compliance and relevant business registration requirements.
